CAMP NEWS SUMMER CAMPS The St. Albert Volleyball Association is partnering with Tri-Iron Fitness again this year to offer an intense volleyball and conditioning camp in St. Albert with Damon Clayton and Emmy Blouin. We have to cap the number at 24 so register early. The paypal link to pay will be removed when it's full. Women's teams as they participate in the Provincial took place over the last two weekends with continued exceptional results for our local teams U13 Saints Blue: 5th (of 21 teams) Provincial Results for all teams are posted at the Alberta Volleyball Site Visit back in October 2012 for information on the 2013 club season. WE HAVE 160 ATHLETES PARTICIPATING IN OUR 2012 CLUB AND ATOMIC SEASON

We recently attended a coaches rountable with Mayor Nolan Crouse and listened to a presentation on St. Albert's 40 Developmental Assets Program. The 40 Developmental Assets are building blocks: positive experiences and personal qualities that young people need to grow up healthy, caring and responsible. Cudos to our players and the other teens participating with BAM. Mayor Crouse emailed us: "BAM is going to change St. Albert over the next 20 years."
