At STAVC Saints, we strives to inspire our female athletes to achieve success through hard work and dedication. Our coaches are committed to improving and developing athletes to help them achieve their goals. Our coaches push athletes to help them be as competitive as possible and give them guidance along their volleyball experience. The Following infomation is regarding the 2024- 2025 Season.
TRYOUT FORMS:
Please fill out Expression of Interest form for the 2024/25 season if you or your athlete is interested in playing for STAVC Saints next season.
This form allows the club to help determine how many teams might be required at different ages. Also allows for coaches to be informed of potential atheletes for the upcoming season.
We will be running teams at the 17U-18U girls age category.
All 12U-16U girls please check out VIBE Volleyball as Saints coaches will be joining them. Information about their open gyms and tryouts will be on their website
Athletes who fill out the form will be notified of all camps, open gyms and try outs for their possible age group(s). Filling out the form is not the same as registering for future events.

12U Athletes born from September 1, 2012 to Dec 31 2023 (16 months)
13U Athletes born from September 1, 2011 to Dec 31 2012 (16 months)
14U Athletes born from September 1, 2010 to Dec 31 2011 (16 months)
15U Athletes born from September 1, 2009 to Dec 31, 2010 (16 months)
16U Athletes born from September 1, 2008 to Dec 31 2009 (16 months)
17U Athletes born from September 1, 2007 to Dec 31 2008 (16 months)
18U Athletes born from September 1, 2006 to Dec 31 2007 (16 months)
*For 2025 18U Age Category ONLY:
• Athletes within the appropriate age category above (16-month window) are not restricted.
Re-Signing Period:
17U-18U Girls: September 3rd-5th
15U-16U Girls: September 8th-11th
13U-14U Girls: October 6th-9th
12U no resign
Early Signing/Tryout Period:
18U Girls: September 8th-15th
17U Girls: September 15th-22nd
16U Girls: September 22nd- 29th
15U Girls: September 29th- October 6th
14U Girls: October 20th- 27th
13U Girls: October 27th- November 3rd
12U Girls: November 3rd- 10th
• Initial offers will be honoured for 48 hours, after that they will expire and be voided unless stated on LOI.
No offers can be signed outside of the week of tryouts for that age group.
